I share how releasing control, outdated narratives, and rigid expectations allowed me to step into deeper alignment and forward momentum.
Through this experience, I uncovered five powerful lessons about release:
The Desire to Control the Story – Letting go of how others perceived my journey gave me peace, certainty, and the strength to move forward. Alignment with my intuition is my highest responsibility as a leader.
The Projected Anticipated Outcome – Releasing attachment to a specific result allowed me to embrace the evolution of the journey itself. Growth demands flexibility—blindly clinging to old goals at the expense of alignment serves no one.
The Outdated Version of Who You Were – I had to trade ego safety for radical self-trust. We cannot use old keys to open new doors.
The Sunk Cost Fallacy – Justifying past investments kept me stuck. I shifted my mindset to prioritize protecting future energy, time, and resources instead.
The Monetary Investment – A $1M+ personal investment wasn’t lost—it was transmuted into wisdom, growth, and expansion. Energy is never wasted; it transforms.
