<p>Today Los sits down with runner, coach and newly published author, Zach Prescott. Zach's passion for running has taken him from Boston, half way around the world to Australia, and back again. Her dedication has paid off with two Marine Corps Marathon wins where she currently holds the course record, wins at the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon and Broad Street 10 Mile, and she's qualified for the Olympic Trials. With a personal best of 2:30, Tessa balances her high-level competition and the demands of her career as a VP at Merrill Lynch with focus, resilience, and a commitment to long term growth. She has proven what is possible when ambition meets hard work and consistency.</p>
