When Hannah-Jane Fox’s appendix burst on stage, something very strange happened. Later that night, as she lay on the operating table, she felt a ‘thing’ she’d never been aware of before, and stranger still, after a whole lifetime of hating sci-fi and the ridiculous idea of time travel, she went from ZERO interest in UFOs and aliens, to an overwhelming need to explore the entire subject in one fell swoop.
One late night chat later with her ‘sci-fi loving’ brother-in-law, and it’s got her thinking, maybe this whole pending disclosure stuff might happen in her lifetime… Maybe this UFO banter is real?

I'd do it in a bee keeper's suit. Full body armour and a helicopter.
A load of crop? Or a thing of beauty? Who knew these soft corn situations could get so serious? These picturesque circles are far from straight forward. Pole vaulting men and the MOD, satellite responses with alien faces, orbs of white light and and breathtaking geometry defying explanation. This week Hannah is joined by the queen of the crop circle herself Karen Alexander for a wonderful metaphorical stroll through corn fields and lay lines, to discuss science, art and everything in between. The Aliens Are Coming, Look Busy... with Hannah-Jane Fox Trailer
In this first trailer, Hannah explains the birth of this unexpected podcast. From a complete and scathing sceptic to her now new and open viewpoint. She discusses the George Knapp documentary that kickstarted her research, and shares her own ‘UFO’ experience, albeit a very drunken one. Why are none of her friends talking about the ‘origins of non-human intelligence’ being shared by military whistleblowers in Congress last year. Admittedly she doesn’t know her Area 51 from the A4104; has never heard of Bob Lazar and his reverse engineering claims before, but she promises to take whoever is willing to come along, on a thrilling journey of discovery. She welcomes all newbies to the subject and promises them incredible galactic guests. She just doesn’t yet know who they are or how she’s going to get them. But she’s one hundred percent in.
