"I'm a Feeler, Not a Knower”: What the Eclipse Opened in Me

Today, the sky held something rare: a partial solar eclipse, arriving on the exact same day as this year's magnetic peak. Two forces, meeting at once. I felt it before I understood it. For days, it was like being plugged into an electric current — my nervous system wide awake, my body asking questions my mind couldn't answer. So instead of researching it, I asked my closest friends for a picnic, and we went out to feel whatever wanted to come, fully present, with no agenda. This episode isn't here to hand you information. I'm not a knowledge-carrier on this topic. I'm a feeler, an energy worker, and my only task today is to hold what's here and let it move through me, out loud, with you. We talk about what actually shifts in us on days like this: The receivers in our system that need to open, the old identities that fall away to make room for something closer to our real essence, and the layers beyond this three-dimensional body we rarely get permission to notice. I describe the eclipse as a telescope pointed straight at the sun. For one moment, a look into the eye of the portal itself. Our ancestors knew this. We've mostly forgotten it. The Locked Door: My Years of Hiding My Spiritual Side in Business

A few weeks ago, at a summer party, an old friend — someone I've known for over thirty years — told me he watches every video I post. On LinkedIn, on Instagram, on YouTube. He said he gets what I'm doing. He even told me, secretely, that he works with energy himself. So I asked him the obvious question: why do you never give me a like? He said it plainly. Because then his clients would see that he sympathizes with someone like me. Someone like me. The esoteric one. The woo-woo one. I sat with that for a long time, because I know that fear from the inside. For twenty-seven years, in my own company — banks, law firms, big conferences in London and Frankfurt — I led everything through energy first, and told no one. Tarot cards in one drawer, contracts in the other. Business Susanne in one room. Spiritual Susanne in another. One door kept locked. This week, I tell you how that door finally opened. In small, unglamorous steps, long before I sold the company, long before the accident that forced me into a year of silence. And what I've learned since: the more I speak my truth exactly as it is, the fewer likes I get, and the more life I find. Real conversations. Deep ones. What Oneness Actually Feels Like: Six Practices for Unity Consciousness

We are all one. Not in theory — in feeling. This week, I want to take you into something that is my life’s purpose: unity consciousness, oneness. Years ago, sitting in my car on an ordinary summer morning, I asked Source a question. And in the space of a breath, everything opened. I wasn't Susanne anymore. I was one with everything, with the nature around me, with everyone I love. I cried. I had to stop the car and just feel it. This year, in Egypt, at the Pyramids of Giza, that same oneness found me again and this time, it activated something. That's what pulled me toward this episode. Oneness isn't a concept, and I won't ask you to understand it. I want you to feel it, even for a moment: everything is intelligent, conscious energy, part of one whole. And that whole is love. When you touch it, the old separations — alone, right, wrong — start to dissolve. I close with six simple, daily practices for living unity consciousness: expanding your consciousness, connecting with earth and nature, loving yourself, loving others, being in service, and living your purpose as co-creation.
