Officers Shan, Allie, and B, take you on a journey in the day in the life of a copper while tackling current event issues facing policing, discussing the stigma of mental health in the warrior culture and leadership issues all while trying to make policing make sense... Because if you work in any kind of civil service industry you know what makes sense, doesn’t make sense and unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation out there. While this is a first responder-led podcast and a lot of topics are focused on policing, we hope to engage with civilians and first responder families to help build understanding. We cuss, we talk about hard shit, we will make you laugh, we might make you cry, and we might make you mad. But we are honest, passionate, and real, and hope to bring you information you can relate to and be inspired by. We are here for you! We strive to create a safe place to listen, learn, and share information people are often too afraid to discuss. Be safe and take care of yourself!
Join B, Court, and Shan with special guest Caitlin- a licensed school therapist!

This episode does not hit every possible question or topic. If you have more questions please message us as we will have more shows focusing on relationships. If you are in a relationship and you are struggling, feeling overwhelmed, feeling isolated, or unsafe please reach out.
