Episode 27 - Tending to Our Wounds to Expand Our Kingdom Capacity with Lea Schrumpf

In this episode, Taylor Carlier sits down with her college church mentor who is now a trauma-informed coach, ministry leader, and story work facilitator, Lea Schrumpf, to explore how God meets us in our stories—not to leave us there, but to redeem them. Lea shares her own journey into ministry and story work, offering wisdom on how healing, trust, and vulnerability shape our relationship with God and our ability to lead and love others.

Together, they unpack what it means to live in the "already and not yet" of the Kingdom of God, why tending to our wounds is a vital part of spiritual formation, and how God's kindness leads us into deeper freedom. Whether you're walking through grief, discerning your calling, or longing to experience more of God's presence, this conversation is a reminder that His Kingdom is available here and now—and you have an invitation to participate in it.

Resources & Mentions:

Follow Lea: www.flourishsoulcare.org , The Allender Center & Instagram

The Already Co: @thealreadycoon Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube | thealreadyco.com

Lea Schrumpf is the founder of Flourish Soul Care, where she provides trauma-informed Story Work and couples care, helping individuals and relationships engage the past for the sake of greater freedom, connection, and flourishing. Episode 26 - Celebrating One Year: Dreams, Authority & Inheritance with Taylor Carlier

One year ago, I sat down behind a microphone with one simple hope: to have honest conversations about Jesus, His Kingdom, and what it looks like to live from the reality that the Kingdom of God is already here.

I never imagined where this first year would lead, but 25 episodes and 21 guests later, here we are.

In this special one year anniversary episode, I'm stepping away from the interview format to share some personal reflections on what God has been teaching me over the last year—including a recent prophetic dream that has continued to shape me and others, practical ways to remember and discern your own dreams, and why I believe God still speaks in deeply personal ways today.

I also share stories from recent moments where God invited me to partner with Him in ordinary places and opportunities that appeared while simply going about everyday life. The Kingdom isn't confined to church services or ministry stages. God is constantly inviting us to notice where He's already at work and to courageously say yes to joining Him in the places we least expect.

More than anything, this episode is an invitation to remember your identity.

As sons and daughters of God, we've been given an incredible inheritance—one that includes intimacy with the Father, authority in Christ, and the privilege of partnering with Him in bringing His Kingdom to earth. My prayer is that this conversation encourages you to step more confidently into all that has already been made available to you and to recognize that every ordinary moment can become an opportunity to reveal Jesus.

Thank you for being part of this community over the last year. Whether you've listened since Episode 1 or you're just finding the podcast today, I'm so grateful you're here. Here's to another year of living like the kingdom of God is already here – because it is in part, and one day it will be in full.

Resources & Mentions:

Follow Taylor Carlier on Instagram and LinkedIN

The Already Co: @thealreadyco on Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube | thealreadyco.com

Taylor Carlier is a marketing strategist, ministry leader, and entrepreneur passionate about helping people and organizations communicate messages that create lasting impact.

She is the founder of The Already Collective, a Nashville-based marketing agency that partners with purpose-driven organizations, ministries, and leaders to clarify their message, amplify their mission, and build meaningful connections with their audiences.
