The Alumni podcast is a platform for peer learning focused on supporting second-year Fellows and Alumni as they transition from the Teach For Nigeria Fellowship Programme.
On the Alumni Ripples series, we would be speaking with members of our Alumni Community who are currently working across different pathways to discuss their journey after the Fellowship and their successes so far.
This discussion addresses structural barriers from discriminatory policies, economic exclusion, unequal access to quality education, to social norms that perpetuate inequality. Alumni will share how their initiatives confront root causes and build sustainable systems that advance fairness and accountability.
