[…] That all of these are shifting. I don't want to say blocking. or that they're a change or a problem. My observations have been that as the physical changes of perimenopause, which is the ovaries lose their follicles and chemically don't respond as much to the pituitary gland, pituitary gland maps mostly to the third eye and the crown chakra, that that creates changes a physical change, which leads to some of the symptoms we notice in perimenopause, an energetic change that is sometimes much more powerful. So for women in perimenopause, what I have concluded occurs over the years is that those changes, not problems, it is the sacral chakra rearranges itself and diverts its energetic resources away from producing the ovary and away from the intention of pregnancy and bearing children, that that shifts energy to the solar plexus chakra.
