The August Light is a podcast about life and its endless possibilities. While I don't possess a magical handbook that tells you the secret to living your best life, I do share the treasures I've uncovered along the way and I hope these lessons help others to live life on their terms.

There's no way of knowing what will work for certain in life so sometimes you gotta just try and live in the moment. In this episode, I'm trying something new by sharing an idea I've been playing around with for the show. Normally I would do this, but sometimes there's no better way to learn than trying something and seeing what happens.
Until next time, be a light an august light.

Seeking Validation
What happens when the applause doesn't come when you expect it to? Well, that depends on if the applause was the objective. Take a listen to a vulnerable exploration of how I learned to deal with things not going as planned.
Until next time, be a light an august light.

Returning to Peace
One of my favorite things to do is travel and during a trip earlier this year, I discovered something I'd lost...my peace. So, travel with me in this episode as I relive the rediscovery of the peaceful moments of life.
Until next time, be a light an august light.
