The Awakening

About The Awakening

Hi, my name is Cassious Machimana, a teacher of the word of God, preaching nothing but the finished work of the cross. Growing up as a Christian and as an individual I’ve had so many struggles accepting myself until I came across a revelation of Jesus Christ, my life was transformed. Ever since the revelation, I’ve been on a journey and quest to help my fellow brethren discover their true identity in Christ. So many people are suffering from an identity crisis, hence the need to reveal their true identity in Christ. As Jesus is in heaven, so are we here earth, whatever is true of Him is true of us. I want to invite you on a journey of discovery. Episode 30 - Launch out into the Deep

Inspired by the story from Luke 5:4-5... This is a word for you for 2026. God is making an invitation to you; "launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch." Episode 29 - Picking up the Pieces - The Journey Towards Healing

Sometimes, life hits us in ways we never expected. Sometimes, the hurt comes from places we trusted. From people we believed in.... moments we thought were safe. But healing begins with honesty. Honesty about what broke. Honesty about what was lost. Honesty about the pieces still lying inside you. Episode 28 - Emotions and Inner Peace - Mastering the Storm Within

Emotions are part of the human experience. They come unexepextedly, like waves - some gentle, and others violent. But thank God for emotions. Proverbs 25:28 says, "A man without self-control is like a city broken down, without walls." In other words, when emotions rule you, your internal walls collapse. But when peace leads you, you become fortified - immovable.
