   On today’s episode I share the raw and real story of my spiritual awakening — a journey that began with loss, depression, and deep emotional pain, and slowly unfolded into self-discovery, healing, and inner strength. From losing a pregnancy and navigating years of depression & anxiety, to experiencing my first psychic moment, exploring meditation, Reiki, therapy, and deep inner healing work, I open up about what awakening truly looks like behind the scenes — messy, confusing, and deeply transformative. On this episode, I reflect on the lessons learned through motherhood, childhood trauma, surrender, and one of her greatest challenges: walking alongside my young daughter through cancer. This episode isn’t about perfection or “toxic positivity.” It’s about resilience, surrender, and learning to trust yourself and something greater than you.    Episode 66: How to Survive Survival Mode

This episode is about what happens when life forces you into survival mode—through something overwhelming likeillness, loss, or caregiving for a loved one—and how deeply that experience can change you. The speaker shares her personal story of her young daughter’s cancer diagnosis,which threw her into two years of intense survival. During that time, everything became about getting through each moment. Normal life felt distant and almost irrelevant, and she struggled to relate to everyday concerns that once mattered The core lesson is this: resistance makes suffering worse,while acceptance makes it survivable.    Episode 65: Your Mind is a Parrot

   There are many layers to this whole game called life. Today I am going to share with you some of the no so great side of awakening. It’s the side of things that not many people feel comfortable opening up and sharing. It’s the levels of anxiety that can hit you along your journey. Now, I am not a dr, I am not a medical professional by any means . I do have a background in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), life coaching and Reiki. Always seek a medical professional for any medical advise. I am simply sharing my own personal experiences  because I have LIVED it. So let’s get to it.
