[…] So if you like go and rewatch an episode of Not Suitable for Work, chances are you're going to like catch something you didn't catch the first time, which I don't know. I really like that. I think it's really cool. So by the end of episode one, I was already super invested. I was like, okay, Mindy Kayleen, you did it again. You got me. Not because any of the characters are particularly likable, at least not all the time, but they're kind of disasters that you just can't look away from. and everyone feels flawed in like a super believable way instead of being written as either perfect or completely incompetent like you're like these feel like real people right and i think it's really cool to like not make any characters too similar or too different like they're all the same age they all have similar goals they're all trying to make it in their careers but they all still have separate personalities. […]
