In this Season 1 finale, we’re talking about God’s heart for our mental health and how Scripture equips us to guard our minds, recognize the enemy’s lies, and remember who God says we are. I’ll share some of my own experiences with spiritual attack and difficult thoughts and feelings, along with practical and biblical ways to pursue peace and healing. Most importantly, we’ll be reminded that our struggles do not have to define us—we can bring them to God, seek wise support, and choose to keep walking in what He has called us to do.

Asking for Help: Stop being so Prideful
What happens when pride keeps us from admitting we need help? In this episode, we talk about how pride can show up as self-sufficiency, hiding our struggles, and feeling like we have to have all the answers—and why God actually calls us into humility, honesty, and community. From a humbling game of Connect 4 to personal struggles with vulnerability, we explore what it looks like to stop pretending we have it all together and start letting others love and support us. We’ll also get practical about asking for help, confessing when we’re struggling, and surrounding ourselves with people who will speak both truth and love. Because there’s freedom in realizing we were never meant to do this alone.
