We’re two wellness-obsessed friends exploring the science and philosophy of hormetic stress, cold exposure, sauna therapy, fasting, and performance optimization. Each episode is recorded in the sauna, where we dive into gritty topics on longevity, mental toughness, resilience, and modern masculinity.
