I’m so over talking about the patriarchy. We know what it is, we know the damage it's done, and we know it still holds sway. And damn it, it is on default mode in our minds and in the moves we make.
So, if we turn away from the poo poo P of patriarchy, which way should we turn?
In this episode, I talk about the big P that matters now.
Not the patriarchy. POWER.
Here's the pulse we need to pay attention to now.
We will not get power to the people until the people feel powerful.
That is the beat of the new era. The age of Aquarius is moving us towards shared leadership and community, but the forecast does not make it happen. We do. And in order to get there, we have to do the work of dismantling the old playbook on the inside, because most of us are still running it whether we know it or not.
The first move? Rewriting the narrative on women’s intuition.
When a woman reconnects with her intuition, she reconnects with herself as an authority. And that is power. The new narrative will not write itself; we will!
This one is for the woman who is ready to stop dimming her light and start understanding that her intuition is not a spiritual accessory. It is her power.

Stop Outsourcing Your Power
You are not broken. Even if it feels like it.
I feel it. The breaking apart of parts of me from the inside out. The new era alignment is freaking intense right now. We are in the middle of a polycrisis clusterfuck, and it is going to keep going. That is not fear-mongering. That is just the truth of where we are in the new era.
If we are going to walk through this as Intuitive HERoines™, we need to stop waiting for someone else to fix us and start understanding that the power to lead, heal, and know ourselves is already ours.
In this episode, I share what came down through the channel in my meditation. I wasn’t trying to get a download…it just popped in and then kept popping all day.
This is step four of thirteen in the new era alignment of the Intuitive HERoine, our adventure from the September equinox to the winter solstice.
Reiki has been turning up for me in a big way this year, and this morning it clicked into place why. Reiki is not just a healing modality. In the new era, it is a self-leadership tool. It is a way of clearing the static that generations of patriarchal leadership have left in our system, and recalibrating to the knowing that we are the leaders, healers, and teachers we have been looking for.
This one is for the woman who is done outsourcing her power and ready to understand what she already has in her hands.

How to Keep Walking When the World Is Still a Mess

If you have been feeling the weight of what is happening in the world right now and wondering how to keep moving forward without bypassing the truth of it, this episode is for you. We are at step three of thirteen in the new era alignment of the Intuitive HERoine™, our adventure from the September equinox to the winter solstice. And this step takes us to a more tender place.
In this episode, our guide is my mother, Barbara Ann Gardner Driscoll. Born in Missouri in 1941 into the dust of World War II, and now at 85, standing on a one-way street to heaven. My mother is calm, grounded, and at peace. While the rest of us ricochet between fear and grief and love, my mother is steady. Her anchor for more than 30 years has been the Serenity Prayer. And it turns out, it is also the perfect navigation for where we are right now as women walking through the dismantling of the old era.
This one is for the woman who is done pretending she is fine with the state of the world, who knows she is walking in the right direction and just needs to remember she is not walking alone.
