ABOUT OUR GUEST: BRIANA JOHNSON
Briana Johnson believes every person carries a story capable of changing someone else's life. Including their own.
Whether she's directing a documentary, speaking from a stage, hosting a podcast, coaching a client, or simply sitting across from someone in
an unhurried conversation, Briana has a rare ability to create the kind of trust that helps people say what they've never quite been able to put into words. People often leave her presence not only feeling deeply seen, but seeing themselves more clearly than when they arrived.
A visionary leader, documentary director, and strategic partner, Briana is energized by possibility.
"I love vision, mine or someone else's. It is absolute electricity to me."
She is known for listening until she understands what someone is truly trying to accomplish, bringing together people who don't naturally
speak the same language, and transforming big ideas into meaningful action. Whether partnering with founders, executives, nonprofits,
healthcare organizations, or filmmakers, she helps create the clarity, trust, and momentum that allow important work to move forward.
Throughout her career, Briana has directed award-winning documentaries, directed six of the seven episodes of Season One of “Unbreakable
Humans,” a documentary series streaming on Angel Studios, led creative campaigns that have generated more than 7.8 million social media views, produced stories that have contributed to more than $8 million in charitable fundraising, and hosted 336 long-form conversations.
Across hundreds of hours spent listening to CEOs, founders, physicians, bestselling authors, nonprofit leaders, and extraordinary people from every walk of life, she has become increasingly fascinated by the unique lens each person brings to what it means to be fully human.
But accomplishments are not what motivate her.
She is endlessly fascinated by the resilience, beauty, and inherent goodness of humanity.
Again and again, she is drawn toward people standing at the intersection of heartbreak and hope, helping them discover that becoming fully
alive isn't about returning to who they once were, but embracing who they are becoming.
Through film, speaking, coaching, podcasts, and meaningful conversation, she loves illuminating the wisdom hidden inside adversity and
helping people rediscover the parts of themselves they feared had been lost.
Whether she's partnering with leaders to bring a meaningful vision to life or creating the kind of space where someone can reconnect with
themselves and their own story,
Briana's greatest passion remains the same: Helping people become reenchanted with themselves, their story, and the life they're already living.
