What is dual consciousness?In this Saturday morning reflection from Ireland, I explore what I mean by dual consciousness—the experience of having two streams of awareness operating simultaneously. One is our human consciousness, fully engaged with the physical world. The other is our soul consciousness: a multidimensional awareness that quietly observes, perceives and knows beyond the limits of ordinary thought.

Energy Doesn't Lie | Learning to Read the Invisible
Everything is energy.
People. Animals. Places. Conversations. Memories. Even the stories we tell ourselves carry an energetic signature.
In this episode I explore what it means to live in an ocean of energy and how learning to read energy can transform the way we move through life.
I share my understanding of energetic discernment why energy never lies, how we unknowingly exchange energy with others, and why healing isn't about "raising your vibration," but about removing everything that blocks your natural frequency.
