[…] And I think that they had, you know, fun navigating the back rooms of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. But But the festivals felt spread a little thin. And maybe that's a self-fulfilling feeling. Like when you've heard all summer this is going to be the case, maybe it just kind of feels like that. But it was not the best time I've had at TIFF, which is not meant as a put-down of the festival. but just an honest response. It does seem logical that Toronto would have a market considering the way that the markets work at other festivals around the world. Getting something like that off the ground is always challenging.
