Mike, Maycee and Madison Holmes Biographies:
Mike Holmes is co-founder and co-host of the Alberta Based Family Podcast @HomeWithHolmes alongside his daughters. Husband of 27 years, father of 3, he worked the Drilling Rigs as a Red seal Rig Technician for 17 years. He’s an advocate of Alberta Independence and self-sovereignty as a life-long learner taking his mission of self-education beyond the family into the remainder of society.
Madison and MayCee Holmes are apart of a tightly woven self-educating family of 7 navigating the historical times of our era. They are co-founders and hosts, alongside their father, Mike Holmes, of the educational podcast @HomewithHolmes. Their action is to educate and encourage attentive thinking in a society of decadence; and do it as a clan. Madison and MayCee have been prominent political activists encouraging civic involvement in various facets of society. They have been awarded the UCP rising star award, as well as being referred to as the ‘Independence rising stars’ by the CEO of Alberta Prosperity Project Mitch Sylvestre. Their participation will continue to educate Albertans and citizens of the world to further set and live by the standards valuable to raise a culture of curiosity, openness, critical thought, and respectful dialogue.

Interview with Co-Lead of Let Alberta Decide Tanya Clemens on the Campaign for an Independent Alberta. (Ep#85)
Tanya Clemens Biography:
Tanya Clemens is a fourth-generation southern Alberta farmer, educator, mother, and passionate advocate for Alberta’s future. Raised on a family farm with roots in the Blackie area dating back to 1909, Tanya has spent much of her life connected to agriculture and rural Alberta. A teacher by trade, she holds degrees in science and education and previously taught junior high math and science.
Today, Tanya is co-lead of Let Alberta Decide alongside constitutional lawyer Keith Wilson. The province-wide campaign is focused on educating Albertans ahead of the October 19 referendum and making the case for Alberta to take greater control of its economic and political future.
Tanya did not arrive at her support for Alberta independence overnight. After years of believing meaningful reform within Canada was still possible, her involvement in grassroots advocacy and her own research into Alberta’s history, economy, and relationship with Ottawa gradually changed her perspective.
Through her FarmGeek platform and her work with Let Alberta Decide, Tanya brings a distinctly grassroots perspective to the independence conversation. She approaches it not as a career politician, but as a farmer, former teacher, mother, and Albertan concerned about the opportunities and freedoms the next generation will inherit.
