Hi mama!
I’m your host, Tiffany. This is a space is for women to share their stories - through sovereign birth and sacred (normal) motherhood. We discuss physiological birth, healing trauma, sovereign motherhood, wild mothering, rebirth of the mother, and so much more. I invite all the free-thinking, God-trusting, sovereign birthing, don't-take-no-ish mamas!

The importance of women protecting freebirth as an option & choosing it in autonomy
Hey mamas! I'm back with another well-intentioned ramble. Today, talking about freebirth. After the guardian article that came out and it's going pretty viral in the birth world, I just wanted to share my thoughts about something that is not being discussed as much as I think it should. Yes, awful things have taken place in this freebirth "movement" so-to-speak, but it is almost very important that we keep our bodily freedom protected. Let me know your thoughts! Much love xx

Reflecting on freebirth and the importance of aligned support
Hello beautiful women!!!
Today I'm popping in to share some perspective I have been pondering for the past year, in regards to birth and postpartum support, freebirth (or unassisted birth), and the need to preserve traditional midwifery. This year has been one of BIG change and reflection for me and as I close my one year postpartum chapter, I wanted to share these thoughts with you all, in hopes that it can help you in your future births <3

A postpartum social media break to heal & reflect
Hi loves! It's been a while. I took an unexpected 4 month social media break, which has given me the space to reflect a bunch, focus on some health challenges that I've been facing, and redirect my energy to things in my life that have needed watering. I've been tending to my garden literally & metaphorically. During this time I have connected to the healer in me, the herbalist that wanted to flourish and be one with nature. I have learned so much and I am so excited to finally share a bit with you all.
I am back to supporting mamas on their motherhood journey - birth, postpartum, and beyond! To book me for support you can go here: https://beacons.ai/tiffanyholmes
Much love & blessings,
