The Cleveland Cavaliers played their most complete game in weeks in a 124-87 drumming of the Miami Heat in Game 3. The Cavs received high contributions from many players, led by Jarrett Allen's 22 points and 9 rebounds. The game drastically swung when De'Andre Hunter (21 points, 4 rebounds) and Ty Jerome (13 points, 11 assists) entered the game midway through the first quarter and the Cavs never looked back. Max Strus also kept up his excellent play with 18 points and 9 rebounds in a game where the Cavs were missing Darius Garland.
