[…] Nice. And our pitch size is 60 barrels, you know? So if we had to have that yeast shipped to us, it would be expensive. But just, you know, it's super fresh for us. We're lucky. We understand that. That is lucky. And they're one of the pillars of why San Diego is what it is. If Chris White hadn't been there, you know, at San Diego would have been a very different, you know, place. So you have that. You have the homebrew community. And I, you know, as Pete Rowe, you know, said once in because Carl Strauss showed that you could make consistent beer. And it, and because we were the first and we set the standard subsequent entrance into the market, had to make good quality beer and that elevated everything. […]
