🔥 Come for the truth. Stay for the Brotherhood.
After almost three months away, Raul returns to The Brotherhood with a personal conversation about change within himself, his marriage, his work, and the way he experiences life.
Turning 41 didn't make him feel behind. It helped him stop measuring his life against other people's timelines. In this episode, Raul reflects on learning to flow with life without becoming passive, making decisions without needing everybody's approval, spending a month working in the United States, and returning home to the Dominican Republic with a deeper trust in himself.
He also shares how his relationship with Angie continues to evolve as they choose each other daily not from possession, obligation, or expectation, but from a genuine desire to share life together. Plus, Raul explains the deeper meaning behind Self-Led Men, why he's writing his personal book, and how finishing Divine Relationships, launching Relational Rebels, and revamping his brand all connect to the man he's becoming.
This episode is for the man who has outgrown an old version of himself but keeps showing up in it because it's the version everyone else knows.
IN THIS EPISODE:
• Learning to flow with life without trying to control every outcome
• Being intentional without being attached to how things unfold
• Turning 41 without measuring your life against someone else's timeline
• Why not every decision needs an announcement, an explanation, or approval
• Choosing your partner daily and why love is not possession
• The difference between emotional suppression and emotional strength
• What it really means to be a self-led man
• Letting go of old roles, identities, and expectations
QUESTION TO SIT WITH:
Are you genuinely living as the person you're becoming, or are you holding on to an older version of yourself because that's the version everybody else knows?

One Year Later: Reflecting on the Journey & The Next Chapter
One year ago, I took a chance and published the very first episode of The Brotherhood Podcast.
I had no idea where the journey would lead. I simply knew there were conversations that needed to happen—conversations about identity, relationships, emotional maturity, purpose, healing, and what it truly means to lead yourself before leading others.
In this special anniversary episode, I take a moment to reflect on everything this first year has taught me, share my gratitude for everyone who has supported this mission, and talk about the future of The Brotherhood.
I also announce an exciting new chapter. Beginning in August, new episodes of The Brotherhood will premiere first on Patreon, where members will receive early access to every episode, behind-the-scenes content, exclusive discussions, and the opportunity to be part of a growing community built around honest conversations and personal growth.
Whether you've been listening since Episode One or you're discovering The Brotherhood today, thank you for being part of this journey.
This first year was only the foundation.
The best is still ahead.

Why Asking for Help Feels Like Failure (Especially for Men)
What if the hardest part about asking for help isn't the asking itself. but the story you've created about what it means?
In this episode of The Brotherhood, Raul shares a message that came to him unexpectedly and explores why so many men struggle to ask for support even when they know help is available. Through personal reflection and a powerful story about asking his own father for help, he unpacks how fear, pride, identity, and the stories we tell ourselves can keep us suffering in silence.
This conversation is a reminder that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, failure, or inadequacy. It's part of being human. Sometimes, the courage to reach out is the very thing that opens the door to healing, deeper connection, and personal growth.
In this episode, you'll discover:
• Why asking for help feels so difficult for many men
• How the ego creates stories that keep us isolated
• The difference between your thoughts and the meaning you attach to them
• Why vulnerability is one of the greatest forms of strength
• How receiving support can transform your relationships—and your life
If you've ever felt like you had to carry everything on your own, this episode is for you.
