About The Business of Intuition
If you’re listening to this podcast, there’s a good chance you’re responsible for other people—leaders, teams, organizations—and you care about the experience you create for them. Most organizations don’t struggle because they lack vision or strategy. They struggle because there’s a growing gap between what leaders say matters and what people actually experience at work. This podcast is about closing that gap. Through conversations with leaders, thinkers, and practitioners—and through stories from my own work—I explore what it really means to walk your talk. Not as a slogan, but as a lived experience. How leadership shows up in presence, in decisions, in systems, and in the small moments that quietly shape culture. We’re leading in a world that’s moving faster than our nervous systems were designed to handle. AI is accelerating work. Burnout and disconnection are rising. And many leaders are asking an honest question: How do we drive performance without losing our humanity? On Leadovation, we slow that question down. We look at how leaders can become the experience they promise—inside themselves, with their teams, and across their organizations—so that trust, meaning, and well-being aren’t ideas on a wall, but realities people feel. If this conversation connects to something you’re wrestling with as a leader, you’re in the right place. Let’s begin.

Steve Brown: The AI-First Company: How Artificial Intelligence Will Redefine Leadership and Work
Published 3 Nov 2026 · Transcript excerpt
[…] They are working with a limited budget, limited headcount, limited capital equipment, limited hours in the day, and they're getting the best results that they can with those constraints. So they're living in a world of constraints and scarcity. What AI does is it gives you abundant intelligence on demand. And your job as a leader now is a mindset shift to go from this world of scarcity to thinking, how do I create abundance? How do I amplify the people that I have so I can deliver 10x more or 20x more than I could before? And you do that by building these teams that are partnering people with digital employees in the form of agents, or if you have a physical component to your job, robots and automation. […]
