Life Update + Why Your Coaching Offer Won't Scale Past $10K (And How to Fix It)
In this episode, I'm getting real with you. I'm sharing a personal life update, what's been happening behind the scenes, and why we just launched a brand new coaching offer.
But more importantly, I'm breaking down the 4 steps you actually need to scale a coaching offer long-term and spoiler: it's not "just get more clients."
Because here's what nobody tells you: if your offer isn't built to scale, more clients will just burn you out faster. I see this all the time with coaches stuck at $5-10K months who think the answer is more volume. It's not.
I'm also sharing exactly which stage we're currently in with our new offer, so you can see this in real time, not just theory, but what it actually looks like when you build something scalable from day one.
And if you've been posting, showing up, doing "all the things" but still not making consistent sales, I'm calling out the real reason: you're probably talking to the wrong people. I'll show you how to fix that.
This episode is for you if:
→ You have a coaching offer but you're stuck at the same revenue month after month
→ You're working more hours but not making more money
→ You know something needs to change but you're not sure what

The tea I'm spilling:

#13 How We Hit $3.5M in Sales With Just One Personal Brand & One Product
If you think you need a complicated funnel, multiple offers, or a million different strategies to build a profitable business, think again.
In this episode, I’m breaking down how we scaled to $3.5 million in sales with just:
