Ep 79. Love & Loss
Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 Ok lovers you might have to bare with me a little bit in this weeks ep... I am deep in the pits of grief after losing my beloved Nan on Sunday morning, and as this has always been a place for me to share my thoughts and process life in real time, I guess I wanted to talk about it.
So consider this episode my open journal in navigating grief. This feels like my first time really experiencing grief as an adult, referencing how its so so different when there's not the somewhat blissful protection of youth.
Apologies if this is somewhat of a sad episode, but it wouldn't be honest and authentic if it was anything else, and as i wanna celebrate the whole plethora of human emotion and the vastness of this human experience, sometimes that means navigating trickier times then just the bright & shiny moments.

Ep 78. Defining Your Winter Arc!
Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 ok i know you might get mad at me for talking about winter when we've only just arrived in to autumn but like always... i've had a few thoughts...
we are entering into this quiet, reflective time of year, and i actually think it might be my most creative... there's less distraction, a quieter social calendar, and i have this real desire to make things happen for myself and try new things...
and so whilst my brain is buzzing with new ideas and possible adventures, ive drafted it all out into what i'm calling 'My Winter Arc'... seeing where the next 5 months could take me as I give myself permission to fuck around and find out teehee... 💜
I highly recommend sitting down with yourself on an evening with a fat A3 sketchbook and draft it out for yourself! Who knows where you could be in the next 5 months! 👀
