World Frequency Day with Martina Fuchs
On this episode of The Call to Rise, I sit down with Martina Fuchs who is the co-founder of World Frequency Day and the Frequency School, where we talk about turning a bold vision into a global movement.
Martina shares how she brought together 195 women from 195 countries for a song celebrating equality, and how that experience inspired World Frequency Day—a gathering built around music, sound, unity, and cross-cultural connection.
Tune in for an energizing conversation about what it takes to build movements. We dive into the importance of persistence, collaboration, inclusive leadership, and the courage to start before everything is perfectly in place.
We also explore music’s power to bring people together and the next generation in creating social impact. Martina shares with us how the Frequency School is working to support children through music studios and wellness spaces and how World Frequency Day on 11/11 is helping to fund this incredible initiative.
