[…] You've heard us talk about it before, and it's still kind of a baby concept in our church. Really, first coined, 1992, Pastorius Dabavobis Apostolic Exhortation by Pope St. John Paul the Great. And he was talking about the formation of priests, what's required for them in their priestly ministry. Well, we certainly recognize that one of those things, human formation of the four types of formation, is not just reserved to priests. It's reserved. It's certainly the laity are involved in that as well. But while we've done a lot of work on the intellectual formation and the spiritual formation over the years, very robust in our church, arguably that human formation piece, we're still figuring it out.
