Business owners talk honestly about their business, then come back every month to say how it went.
Most business shows end at the advice, and you never hear what happened next. This one has a sequel.
Each guest tells it straight: how they got here, what is working and what is not. Thirty to forty-five minutes, no script and no pitch. Then we check in with them every month, so you hear the real follow-up from the same person, not a tidy story told afterwards.
If you have ever been the one doing every sales call yourself, or watched good leads go cold because nobody replied in time, you will recognise yourself in a lot of these.

Tobias Nolli co-founded Nutri One, a personalised supplement company, after a decade of trading commodities.
Tobias Nolli spent a decade trading commodities like fertilisers before going sober and getting his life in shape. He kept forgetting which supplement to take while travelling 150 days a year as a trader, and customs stopped him 20 to 30 percent of the time for carrying pills. He and his co-founder spent six months negotiating with suppliers to find a middle ground on a smaller, personalised batch. They dropped their marketing agency and started running their own ads and email marketing instead. Regulation was a major obstacle, since every European country had a different regulation to follow for a personalised supplement.
He is working on producing in the US so Nutri One can serve customers there without the current one to two week transit delay.

A Dating App Built to Be Closed
Aleksandar walked in a year into turning a decade of hobby coding into an actual business. From Slovenia, self-taught on a dying laptop, he now builds automations, SaaS and websites for other companies, and has just launched his own app, Tremble: a dating tool with no messaging, no swiping and no feed, built specifically to push people offline and into real conversations.
What got found on air was how little of that journey matches the version sold on Instagram. His first ever client took four months of daily cold emails and web-scraped leads to land. A separate contract took five months from first message to signature. He is candid that AI can write the script and the demo, but it cannot make anyone open it, and he worries it is quietly teaching people to stop learning rather than just saving them time.
What he committed to: plan the moves rather than just waiting, but never let planning become an excuse not to act, because repeating a bad action gets you nowhere and inaction guarantees regret.

Decommitting From Baseball to Go All In
Maxwell Kouzes turned a TikTok shop side hustle into five-figure months by age 17.
In May this year he decided to commit to a junior college to play baseball. He realised staying on that path meant he might never get the chance to grow the business again. He decommitted from the college and baseball to go all in on his agency and mentorship. He now runs a UGC agency and mentorship from Chicago at eighteen, without working for anyone else.
He plans to scale the mentorship and agency further and launch his own product, using what he has learned about marketing on TikTok and Instagram.
