Number one is you have to be present on social media and doing regular engaging content. If you're not doing that, your ability to attract new members is very, very limited. This is how we get the brand new cold audience, the people who've never seen us before, We are putting out that social media content and sometimes even running paid ads to attract new customers. Now we have to attract them to something. And as a cold lead, we want to have certain options that are going to attract people into the building with a very, very low commitment level to learn more about what we do. […]
