Episode #13: What's The Best Platform for Courses?

"What platform should I use?” It's the question I get asked the most by creators trying to build courses, host memberships, or launch their teachings online. Episode #7: Dealing with Imposter Syndrome

“Who the hell do you think you are?” If you've ever asked yourself that before stepping into a role as a teacher, guide, or creator—you’re not alone. In this episode of The Conscious Creator Podcast, I open up about the very real and often paralyzing experience of imposter syndrome, and how we can move through it—not by pretending it's not there, but by growing through it. We’ll explore: 🌀 The 5 types of imposter syndrome—from the perfectionist to the superhuman (yes, you might be all of them). 🌀 Why being afraid to be seen is totally normal—and how to work with that fear instead of running from it. 🌀 How repetition and experience can shrink your inner critic over time. 🌀 Why some imposter syndrome is actually helpful feedback (and when it’s just noise). 🌀 How to stay grounded when the world throws judgment your way (including the occasional rough comment on Insight Timer). Whether you’re just starting out or deep into your journey as a conscious creator, this talk is here to remind you: You are not an imposter. As a conscious creator, teacher, or entrepreneur, there comes a moment when you realize—you can’t do it all alone. Whether it’s the tech side of things, editing, admin work, or just staying organized, getting help can mean the difference between growth and burnout. But hiring people isn’t always easy. Where do you start? Who do you trust? And how do you do it without breaking the bank? In this episode of The Conscious Creator Podcast, I share: 🌀 Where to find help—why platforms like Upwork & Fiverr can be game-changers for solopreneurs. 🌀 The right way to hire—how to test out freelancers, delegate tasks, and avoid costly mistakes. 🌀 The biggest hiring lesson I’ve learned—why I always hire slowly & fire quickly to build the right team. 🌀 How I built a long-term team—including my assistant Jonah, who’s worked with me for over a decade. 🌀 Why you don’t need a big budget to start getting help—how to outsource small but essential tasks first. Episode #4: Unicorns vs. Workhorses: Two Paths to Success in Teaching & Creation

Some teachers, creators, and guides seem to rise overnight—as if destiny just handed them their moment. Others grind it out, step by step, building something brick by brick. Which one are you? In this episode of The Conscious Creator Podcast, I explore the difference between Unicorns and Workhorses—two distinct paths to success in teaching, healing, and conscious business. 🌀 Unicorns: The rare few whose work seems to take off effortlessly—like Eckhart Tolle, whose awakening and first book launched him into global recognition. 🌀 Workhorses: Those who build steadily, refining their craft and reaching people through sheer persistence—like the teachers who show up daily, teach relentlessly, and grow their impact over time. I share my own journey—how I built my teaching career piece by piece, how I got lucky with timing, but also why consistent effort and systems were key to creating the life I have now. We’ll also explore: 🔹 How to embrace your natural path instead of forcing a different one. 🔹 Why even “overnight successes” often have years of unseen work behind them. 🔹 The hidden challenges of both paths—because even Unicorns face struggles. 🔹 The mindset shifts that can help you stay the course and trust your process. If you’re wondering why it seems so easy for some people and so much work for others—hopefully this episode will bring you some clarity. 🔔 Follow for more insights on conscious teaching, creation, and building a purpose-driven life. 2026 Meditation Teacher Training: https://bit.ly/41KwowP (https://bit.ly/41KwowP) Meditation School: https://www.meditationschool.us/ (https://www.meditationschool.us/) Aligned Virtual Teams: https://www.alignedvirtualteams.com/ (https://www.alignedvirtualteams.com/) I use this Kajabi to host all my websites and courses: https://app.kajabi.com/ (https://app.kajabi.com/r/zTrmdLvU)

Episode #3: How to Grow Your Career as a Meditation Teacher

When I first started teaching, I had no roadmap. I was running a nonprofit meditation school in Hawaii, living simply, and pouring everything into my work. But I knew I wanted something more—to create freely, to reach more people, and to build a life that aligned with my nature. One of the biggest steps in that journey was discovering Insight Timer—now the world’s most-used meditation app. It became a platform where I could share my teachings, reach a global audience, and build a sustainable career. In this episode of The Conscious Creator Podcast, I share what I’ve learned about becoming a meditation teacher and thriving on platforms like Insight Timer: 🌀 Finding your voice—not by reinventing the wheel, but by shaping your unique perspective. 🌀 The research phase—how to study other teachers for inspiration (without falling into comparison). 🌀 Listening to your students—because the best content comes from real needs, not just ideas. 🌀 Using Insight Timer effectively—how to stand out, build an audience, and create content that resonates. 🌀 Balancing intuition with strategy—when to meditate for answers and when to use tools like AI for research. 🌀 Why more meditation teachers are needed—and how to step into this path with confidence. I’ve built my teaching career step by step—sometimes struggling, sometimes thriving, but always learning. If you’re on this path or considering it, I hope this episode gives you clarity, direction, and the confidence to take the next step. *If you’re interested in becoming a certified meditation teacher get on the waitlist for our 2026 training here: 2026 Meditation Teacher Training: https://bit.ly/41KwowP (https://bit.ly/41KwowP) Meditation School: https://www.meditationschool.us/ (https://www.meditationschool.us/) Aligned Virtual Teams: https://www.alignedvirtualteams.com/ (https://www.alignedvirtualteams.com/) I use this Kajabi to host all my websites and courses: https://app.kajabi.com/ (https://app.kajabi.com/r/zTrmdLvU)

Episode #2: Aligning Your Creations with Your True Path

Creation is not just about having ideas—it is about alignment. In this episode of The Conscious Creator Podcast, we explore the journey from stillness to manifestation, from the deep well of meditation to the moment of bringing something real into the world. So many ideas come and go. Inspiration is fleeting. How do we know which ideas to trust, which ones are truly aligned with our path, and which are just passing waves? In this episode, we explore: 🌀 How to sit with inspiration before rushing into action 🌀 The art of listening inwardly: what is truly in alignment for you to create next? 🌀 How to sense energy, intuition, and vision in meditation to guide your creative process 🌀 The difference between wisdom-led creation and ego-driven productivity 🌀 Why small, intentional steps are more powerful than overwhelming grand visions Your path unfolds one creation at a time—not through force, but through presence, awareness, and deep listening. 🔔 Subscribe for more deep conversations on conscious creation, purpose, and transformation. Episode #1: What is a Conscious Creator?

Welcome to the first episode of The Conscious Creator Podcast. To create something meaningful in this world—whether as a teacher, healer, guide, or artist—is not just about strategy or success. It is an inner unfolding. A calling. A way of being. In this episode, I share the journey that brought me here—from directing a nonprofit meditation school in Hawaii to finding my own path as a teacher and creator. Along the way, I learned that true creation arises from three things: 1️⃣ Deep inner awareness—the willingness to evolve from the inside out. 2️⃣ A life of balance—one that nurtures both creation and rest. 3️⃣ The desire to serve—beyond personal ambition, beyond the mind’s grasping for recognition. This is not a conversation about quick results or external validation. It is about the presence required to create something real, something that endures. If you feel called to bring your work into the world in a conscious way—to teach, to guide, to share—then welcome. The journey is already unfolding. 🌀 Subscribe for more reflections on conscious creation, presence, and purpose.
