According to an Iowa Department of Inspections, appeals and licensing document obtained by People. Administrative law judge Dwayne Golden reviewed the case after Mullally applied for unemployment benefits. Golden found that near graduation in May, Mullally shared her educational goals with students and told them that she had set up a GoFundMe to pay for her education.
