But that group argues a constitutional amendment would hamper some of the actions of the Colorado Wildlife Commission, that it would invite costly lawsuits for some of the actions the state already does, and then also that something like this, Coloradans already enjoy hunting and fishing privileges. This is an unnecessary amendment and not something that really belongs in the Constitution.
