[…] I'm ADD. I can't do that. But going back to setting expectations, you know, this is a process. And the only way this process works is if people understand the process. So we kind of lay out how we're going to approach it. Generally speaking, we talk about 90 day sprints. You know, we're going to identify those things that are going to have the highest ROI for the business owner and address those first, you know, a few wins under their belt. But explain how the process proceeds, protect, grow, decide, harvest and then exit. But I found that a lot of the folks that originally thought that they wanted to sell, they kind of get into that grow area and all of a sudden they like their business again. […]
