And then the very next verse, it's behold, he'll look, and Jesus is noticing and seeing a man who has dropsy. And then in the parable of the wedding guests, Jesus is noting in verse 7 how they chose the best places. So he's seeing what they're doing. And while it's not explicitly stated, there is a sense in which they are noticing one another and kind of vying for attention. […]
