There is a lot more going on with organizations lately. There had been a movement to begin service design teams in organizations for example and now these organizations are moving from the hype of human-centeredness or customer-centricity into something else and and then you're like okay i barely managed to to start a practice here and and now we're moving on and moving on where and and then the people that are in agencies the agency model is like almost like you could say shrinking or like at least very, very in danger at the moment.
