[…] I think the most anyone's thrown on them is like 220. Yeah. So they're 26 in pass yards per game, but they're 69th in yards per attempt, 70th in completion percentage, 68th in passer rating allowed. So based off of those numbers, the low passing total is really more the reason why BYU has a low passing total, and it's that they just haven't played a lot of quarterbacks that like to throw the ball yet. The best quarterback they've played is Devin Dampierre, Michael Hawkins last week. Neither of those guys are really known as like pure dropback passers. And to be honest, Bears not either. But I think the total yard, looking at their pass defense in terms of total yards, it's probably more got to do with they just haven't faced as many attempts. […]
