[…] Yeah, I do happen, thankfully, to know what James Dyson is doing. He's doing quite a lot of growing of strawberries, but also other things like tomatoes and cucumbers and peppers in greenhouses. He's got these very big greenhouses. It's very high tech. The whole point of growing in greenhouses or glass houses is that you're able to control the environment in which your plant is growing. And so you can have the temperature a certain level, which is just right for strawberries or tomatoes or whatever it might be. And by the way, if you're eating a tomato in northern Europe, there's a very, very high chance that it was grown in a conservatory, in a big greenhouse. […]
