   Fixing It vs Being Heard

In this episode of The Joyride Podcast, we get into the age-old debate: “Do you want me to fix it, or do you just want to be heard?” Why do we rush to give solutions when someone is simply trying to express how they feel? And on the flip side, when is it actually okay to stop talking and start fixing the problem? We’re unpacking the difference between listening, validating emotions and offering solutions and why sometimes, “I hear you” can mean more than a whole TED Talk. 😭🎥 Catch the conversation and tell us: When you’re upset, do you want to be heard or do you want them to fix it?#JoyridePodcast #JoyridePodcastsS9 #TheJoyridePodcas

   The apology episode

This week, we are unpacking the word that ends (and starts) more fights than anything else — apologizing. How to actually do it right, when you shouldn’t bother, and whether we’ve all gotten addicted to saying sorry for things we don’t even mean. We’re pulling receipts from our own relationship — the apologies we nailed, the ones we botched, and a few we’re still not convinced we owe.
