I contacted a bunch of people and I started doing this intensive, um, it's called cognitive behavioral therapy. It exposure therapy. Okay. Therapist. forces you to do things that scare you so that you get exposed to them. And he had this class that I took that was really expensive, but it gave me all the tools I need to break out of that stuff. It was a really, really crazy time of my life.
