Property insurance isn't rent controlled. HOAs aren't rent controlled. So like there's, even though you think like, yes, I own my stick frame home and I'm fine. And you know, anyone who owns a home can tell you that like those costs are anything but controlled and you get reassessed all the time. And then property insurance can jump around no matter what. So the safety and security of a private agreement with land and the nice thing about landlord tenant, relationships pretty much anywhere is that they're kind of, depending on the state, they're sort of governed.
