[…] So the way I think about it, Brent, is I've been working for a while on this little index that tries to score your country for monetary and fiscal credibility. And effectively, what you do is you look at the six-month annualized core inflation, and then you compare it with target. And then whatever country you score, it's running above target, maybe barring one or two. But then that's fine that inflation is above target. It can happen. Then you should have your central bank signaling to the market that they want to tighten, right? And they want to tighten heavy to offset that. And then you can regain some of the credibility in the index. […]
