Our Noes as Pathways to Power, Together
Reclaiming Our Noes in the Disconnected Domination Culture (with The Marion Method) In this episode of the Marion Rose Podcast, I explore reclaiming our Noes in the Disconnected Domination Culture and how reconnecting with our “slug wisdom” helps us return to our true power, together. I describe how sensations and feelings such as disgust, discomfort, frustration, annoyance, outrage, resentment, exhaustion, and overwhelm can signal a no in the present (or noes that we have overridden in the past), and how we were trained as babies and children to override these signals through should's, coercion, shaming, punishment, and a loss of love, belonging, or safety. I share how the Marion Method maps and practices support us to untie the “rope” of DDC conditioning, including through connecting with our Inner Loving Presences, tending to our younger parts, and learning the difference between “I don’t want this” and “I am not willing for this.” I share how I came to understand the "Neo No" through a scene in The Matrix movie. 00:00 Welcome and the Marion Method 00:38 Slug Wisdom Yeses and Noes 03:47 Body Signals and Feelings that Communicate our Noes 07:06 DDC Conditioning and Shoulds 11:28 Tuning the Inner Dial of our Noes 15:32 Honouring our Noes 20:30 Guilt, Shame, and our Noes in Childhood 27:51 Developmental Noes, From in Utero onwards 36:57 Elephant Rope and Adult Power 39:55 Reclaiming Sensations and Feelings of our Noes 44:34 From Not Wanting to Not Willingness 50:13 The Neo No from The Matrix Movie 56:54 Closing Reflection Thank you for listening! Our yeses as pathways home to our Soul
Following Our Yeses: Slug Wisdom, True Choice, and Discernment with the Marion Method. In this episode of The Marion Rose Podcast, I explore our yeses in the Marion Method and how following our yeses helps us connect with and live from the deepest places in ourselves ~ our Soul ~ rather than from Disconnected Domination Culture (DDC) consciousness. I share about “slug wisdom” as our innate body knowing of yes and no, and how feelings and sensations (such as interest, delight, curiosity, disgust, resentment, and overwhelm) guide our discernment, sometimes only after lived experience. I talk about how unmet needs and early conditioning can disconnect us from our needs, desires, and preferences, and how MM practices support reconnection, safety, and true choice. I also explore how DDC can entice and engineer “yeses,” drawing on Edward Bernays' book Propaganda, the shift from needs to desires in the DDC, and mimetic desire from Luke Burgis/René Girard. I offer information, such as how satisfaction and fulfilment are key signs of a true yes. The article I talk about in the episode is here: https://marionrose.net/the-importance-of-our-yeses-in-living-from-our-soul/ (https://marionrose.net/the-importance-of-our-yeses-in-living-from-our-soul/) The link to the Luke Burgis book, Wanting, is here: https://lukeburgis.com/wanting-3/ (https://lukeburgis.com/wanting-3/) 00:00 Welcome 02:13 Why Yeses Matter 05:49 Love, Will, and Consciousness 08:13 Slug Wisdom Explained 13:59 A Developmental Map: From Infancy to Callings 22:03 DDC Disconnection Patterns 45:00 The Needs to Desires Shift 49:15 Bernays and Torches of Freedom 54:19 Minimalism and Stuff 54:37 Bernays and "Engineered Consent" 57:13 Mimetic Desire Explained 59:57 Enticement and Integrity 01:09:27 Yes and No Discernment 01:18:02 Satisfaction vs. a Hamster Wheel 01:20:42 Fashion and Belonging 01:25:59 Slowing Down and Trusting Our Self 01:27:48 Montessori and AI Reality 01:30:26 Closing Statements and Support hank you for listening! The Marion Method Series (Part 4): The practices and processes
In this fourth Marion Rose Podcast episode on the Marion Method, I share “tastelets” of the key practices ~ especially Love and lovingness and Will and willingness ~ framed as compasses that help us stay connected to our unique Soul of Love, Will, and Consciousness. In the Love and Lovingness Practices section: I describe the tangible reparenting practices of connecting with our Inner Loving Presences (Inner Loving Mother, Inner Loving Father, Inner Best Friend, Inner Loving Sibling, and Inner Beloved), and I share the different depths at which we can practice this, including receiving support externally, writing with the two-column technique, and “toggling" between ILP and our younger parts. I explain how the feelings that bubble up are part of what need to be loved ("When love is present, what needs to be loved arises"). And I talk about the teapot and teacup of love. I share about The Great Mother and Soul-Version work, reparative phrases as antidotes to charged phrases, and our identity as love. On the Will and Willingness Practices section: I explain embodied yeses and nos, the “Neo No,” and The Willingness Practices (including The Willingness for All Practice),. I also share about the three types of feelings, language choice, Conversations with Life, and creating new cultures beyond The Disconnected Domination Culture. 00:00 Welcome 02:46 Compasses and Our Yeses and Noes 03:41 Love Practices Overview 04:56 Inner Loving Mother 08:21 The Teacup and Teapot of Love 11:12 Toggling and Internalising 19:40 Other Inner Presences 25:15 The Great Mother and The Soul Version 30:26 What These Practices Help Change 32:45 The Inner Loving Presence Process 37:14 The Reparative Phrases as Antidotes 39:47 Will-related Feelings and Power 40:33 Our Identity As Love 43:58 Our Lineage 46:03 Love Spreads 48:31 Embodied Yeses And Nos 53:38 Neo No Clarity 57:10 Willingness Rather than Manifesting 01:05:54 The three Types Of Feelings 01:11:44 A Language of Choice and Freedom 01:13:29 Conversations With Life 01:15:17 Reculturing For Change 01:17:13 Closing Invitation Thank you for listening! The Marion Method Series, Part Three: The Maps
In this episode of the Marion Rose Podcast, I continue my series on the Marion Method (MM) by introducing some of the key maps: especially the psychospiritual map of the relationship between the Soul and the personality. I share how maps can support us when we are feeling painful feelings by bringing understanding, meaning, and purpose (without spiritual bypassing). I explain the MM map that we are wise Souls of Love, Will, and Consciousness, and how we develop personalities that are shaped by the family we're born into, and the culture (in this case, the Disconnected Domination Culture (DDC)), and how that often creates a painful gap which at particular time points invites us to tend to that gap, so we experience more and more that our personality is more and more a clear reflection of our Soul. I describe practices including the love plus meaning way of perceiving event, and “toggling” between younger parts and Inner Loving Presences, plus the importance of our slug (yes/no) wisdom, re-parenting, and re-culturing to reconnect with our true Soul nature and our Callings. 00:00 Welcome and Series Setup 03:23 Why Maps Matter 07:05 Soul and Personality Map 09:42 DDC and Disconnection 12:48 Being Seen as a Child 20:41 When We Aren’t Seen 25:50 Pain Meaning Practice 28:25 Tending to our Younger Parts 33:30 Choice and Reparative Meaning 39:29 Toggling With Love 42:56 Reparenting and Reculturing 47:36 Yeses Nos and Will 53:39 What we Love 56:13 Callings And Meaning 57:50 Freedom From Self-Judgment Sticks 59:38 Birth And Early Disconnection 01:04:03 Teen Years 01:08:07 Grief And Loss at a Cultural Level 01:14:45 Powerlessness And Will-Hurts 01:16:51 The Trance Of The DDC 01:20:04 Closing The Gap Between Soul and Personality 01:20:18 Consciousness 01:28:24 Intrinsic Meaning And Healing 01:32:28 Meander Wrap Up And Sharing What's Next 💖 Thank you for listening! #psychospiritual #themarionmethod #consciousness 🌐 Website: https://marionrose.net/ (https://marionrose.net/) 📬 Newsletter: https://marion-rose.myflodesk.com/marion-rose-main-list (https://marion-rose.myflodesk.com/marion-rose-main-list) 📚 Books: https://marionrose.net/books/ (https://marionrose.net/books/) 🌿 Free PDFs & Online Courses (Marion Method): https://marionrose.net/marion-method-courses (https://marionrose.net/marion-method-courses) 🌹 1:1 Mentoring: https://marionrose.net/mentoring/ (https://marionrose.net/mentoring/) 🌸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thelivingawareparentingpodcast/ (https://www.instagram.com/thelivingawareparentingpodcast/) 🌹❤️ Love, Marion xoxo

The Marion Method Series (Part2): My Learning Lineage
(Psychosynthesis, Aware Parenting, Nonviolent Communication, and The Field Project) In this second episode in my Marion Method series, I focus on my learning lineage and name the four main streams that have profoundly shaped the maps, models, practices, and processes of the Marion Method: Psychosynthesis (by Roberto Assagioli, as taught by Joan and Roger Evans), Aware Parenting (Aletha Solter), Nonviolent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg), and the Field Project (Philip Golabuk). I describe key influences from each - such as Soul/personality, Love and Will from Psychosynthesis, feelings and needs and non-punitive discipline from Aware Parenting, language, culture, guilt, and willingness from NVC, and yeses and noes, willingess, and conversations with Life from The Field Project. I share about how they weave together in my work, and why I deeply value acknowledging sources, honouring lineage, and invite you to explore the original teachings directly. 00:00 Welcome to the Podcast 00:15 Why I Record at Home 02:13 Lineage and Four Streams 04:58 Breadcrumb Moments 07:07 Discovering Psychosynthesis 15:21 Interconnectedness 23:59 Soul and Personality 26:39 Love and Will 34:57 The External Unifying Center 39:29 Gratitude and Life Threads 42:20 Introducing Aware Parenting 45:37 Finding Aletha Solter’s Work 47:52 Feelings 48:59 The Paradigm Shift to Aware Parenting 51:01 Why Mentorship Matters 54:16 Human Nature 01:02:29 Three Aspects of Aware Parenting 01:05:17 Gratitude and Ongoing Learning 01:08:29 Parents and Self-Compassion 01:12:29 Reparenting and the Marion Method 01:17:35 Discovering Nonviolent Communication 01:24:40 Thoughts vs. Feelings Breakthrough 01:26:33 My Three Types of Feelings Map 01:31:08 Language, Guilt, and Choosing Words 01:34:00 Willingness and Coercion 01:35:51 Domination Culture and Language 01:37:57 Needs and Feelings Lists 01:40:17 Immersion and Weaving Maps 01:41:23 The Field Project and The Decisive Question 01:45:45 Power 01:51:14 Conversations With Life 01:53:59 No and Will 01:56:07 The Marion Method Emerges 02:02:51 Honouring Lineages and Finding the Places of Contrast 02:09:28 Gratitude If you want to find out more about these four paradigms, here are details: Psychosynthesis: https://www.psychosynthesis.org/about/what-is-psychosynthesis (https://www.psychosynthesis.org/about/what-is-psychosynthesis) https://kennethsorensen.dk/en/psychosynthesis/ (https://kennethsorensen.dk/en/psychosynthesis/) Aware Parenting: https://awareparenting.com/ (https://awareparenting.com/) Nonviolent Communication: https://www.cnvc.org/ (https://www.cnvc.org/) The Field Project https://www.fieldproject.net/about (https://www.fieldproject.net/about) #psychospiritual #themarionmethod #consciousness 🌐 Website: https://marionrose.net/ (https://marionrose.net/) 📬 Newsletter: https://marion-rose.myflodesk.com/marion-rose-main-list (https://marion-rose.myflodesk.com/marion-rose-main-list) 📚 Books: https://marionrose.net/books/ (https://marionrose.net/books/) 🌿 Free PDFs & Online Courses (Marion Method): https://marionrose.net/marion-method-courses (https://marionrose.net/marion-method-courses) 🌹 1:1 Mentoring: https://marionrose.net/mentoring/ (https://marionrose.net/mentoring/) 🌸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thelivingawareparentingpodcast/ (https://www.instagram.com/thelivingawareparentingpodcast/) 🌸 The Living Aware Parenting Podcast on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@livingawareparentingpodcast (https://www.youtube.com/@livingawareparentingpodcast) 🌹❤️ Love, Marion xoxo

The Marion Method Series (Part 1): The callings, questions, and invitations that brought this into the world
I welcome you to a new podcast series on the Marion Method, a set of maps, models, practices, and processes that support me and others to get free from what I call Disconnected Domination Culture (DDC) conditioning through psychospiritual re-parenting and re-culturing, including the wider cultural and historical context and the contrast between true soul nature and conditioning. I share why I’m recording at home with dogs and birds as part of including my environment and “Messages from Life,” and I invite you to listen to your yeses and noes to listening. I talk about pivotal callings from childhood and adolescence, my desire to understand human beings, and my path through psychology, a PhD on the mother-infant relationship, reading The Continuum Concept, Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy training, and later influences including The Field Project, Nonviolent Communication, and Aware Parenting. I explain how the Marion Method emerged to help adults meet their own needs, get free from self-judgment and self-coercion, and reconnect with Love, Will, and Consciousness, and I preview future episodes on my learning lineage. 00:00 Welcome and Series Intro 01:21 Recording From Home 03:49 Why The Marion Method 05:10 Early Soul Questions 06:42 Teen Fear and Shame 07:52 My Jonathan Livingstone Seagull Resonance 12:05 From Fashion to Psychology 14:46 University Themes and Feelings 17:26 Seeing Differently 20:56 Being a Detective of Consciousness 26:49 Limits of Psychology 28:41 My PhD on Mothers and Babies 30:13 Culture and The Continuum Concept 35:48 My Dad's Deja Vu 38:04 Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy 42:00 The Prospectus and my Big Yes 46:39 More on Psychosynthesis 48:47 Training 51:09 Weaving Academia and Therapy 53:14 Moving to Australia 56:59 Finding Aware Parenting 01:05:38 Why The Marion Method Emerged 01:08:48 Building Practices and Courses 01:10:43 The Field Project and Willingness 01:14:28 Online Courses and my Voice 01:18:23 Results and The Three Feelings Map 01:23:13 Tangible Practices 01:25:50 My New Era of Immersive Offerings 01:34:08 Closing Reflections and Next Episode Disclaimer: This podcast is my own independent offering, and the perspectives and information I share here are my own, from my own experiences and understandings. Being Open-Minded
In this episode of The Marion Rose Podcast, I talk about April Fool’s Day, AI, and discernment, in the context of expanding consciousness and understanding reality. I began sharing about my experience with two April Fool’s jokes on social media, and the shock I felt when I thought they were real, particularly now that I'm focusing on discerning what's been written by AI. I describe how jokes are often only funny when they’re clearly not true. From there I reflect on discernment in creating safety, and then I share about major paradigm shifts in my own life (including Aware Parenting, Nonviolent Communication, Buteyko Breathing, barefoot shoes, and The Marion Method). I talk about how we can feel overwhelmed if we expand our consciousness in really big ways, and how to support opening and expansion in ways that create safety as well as clarity. 00:00 Welcome and Context 00:42 April Fools Shock 02:32 AI and Discernment Online 04:23 Jokes and Safety 08:15 Montessori and Seeing Clearly 10:06 Paradigm Shifts and Openness 14:39 NVC and Discombobulation 17:12 Beyond Our Frame of Reference 21:04 DDC Consciousness, Shame and Conditioning 23:39 Rabbit Holes and Not-Knowing 28:45 Life Shows the Next Step 30:47 Integrating Big Experiences 33:21 Closing Reflections Disclaimer: Please note that I am sharing all this information outside my role as an Aware Parenting instructor and a regional coordinator. Reconsidering Regulation Part 2: Innate Wisdom, with Katie Fusco
In this second episode of Reconsidering Regulation, I’m joined by my dear friend and colleague Katie Fusco. We share that we are both Aware Parenting instructors, while speaking only for ourselves (not for Aware Parenting, the Aware Parenting Institute (and for Katie, not the NHS, or Katie’s NHS trust). We explore why the terms regulation, dysregulation, and co-regulation can lack clarity and how that can in be potentially harmful; particularly because different paradigms use the same words to mean very different things. Katie describes her initial visceral “no” to the term regulation, shares its roots and meanings (including control, restriction, conformity, and governance), and explains how the concept is often used without nuance in professional spaces. We discuss how these terms can be used to shame people (including children) for feeling and expressing big feelings, and Katie gives examples of how regulation frameworks can be applied in unhelpful ways in many systems. I share my ideas about how regulation language can echo long cultural histories of believing that there is something inherently 'wrong' with human beings, especially our bodies and feelings, including moral and behavioural frameworks. We talk about the popularity of regulation in parenting and other contexts, and I reference James J. Gross’s coining of the term, and share about how it has spread into many fields and social media. Throughout, we emphasise welcoming feelings: especially crying, as an innate biological healing process, as well as the importance of precision, clarity, and honesty about what practices actually do (for example, Katie talks about the potential of naming diversion, distraction, dissociation, or suppression when that’s what’s happening, alongside plenty of compassion). Katie talks about the difference between teaching about emotions versus offering listening and presence, and how the concept of “appropriate” emotional expression can function as shaming. I connect this to my Marion Method map of the Disconnected Domination Culture (DDC), where disconnection is required before domination can occur, and we talk about the wider implications for empathy, community, and power. Katie shares lived experience as a parent and in perinatal mental health work, including how being listened to without agenda supported her capacity to welcome feelings even more. We end by welcoming responses from viewers, emphasising curiosity and compassion, and Katie shares that she can be reached on Instagram at @thecryingclinic. 00:00 Welcome + What This Conversation Is (and Isn’t) About 00:46 Why “Regulation” Isn’t an Aware Parenting Term 02:27 Katie’s Background (NHS) + Speaking Only for Ourselves 04:38 Truth-Telling Without Judgment: The Meaning Behind This Series 07:03 Words Affect Power: How “Regulation” Can Shame and Disconnect 11:05 Katie’s Visceral “No” + The Etymology of Regulation 22:37 Ambiguity and Regulation 33:07 Marion’s Big Picture Lens: History, Culture, and the “New Scientific Cloak” 47:16 More Nuance, More Feeling-Language: Beyond Regulated vs Dysregulated 50:38 Babies Know How to Heal: Crying, Connection, and the Cost of Suppression 01:02:13 DDC Critique: “Appropriate for Whom?” and Regulation as Control-in-Disguise 01:08:06 Big Feelings Are an Apt Response (and the DDC Would Collapse) 01:11:09 Supporting Children to Feel the Full Range of Their Feelings 01:25:03 Generational Change: Embodied Listening to Crying (A Family Story) 01:28:09 Culture, Conditioning & Colonisation: How Disconnection Gets Passed Down 01:37:46 Empathy Can’t Be Taught: It's experienced and Internalised (A Shared Moment between Katie and Her Son) 01:44:28 Unconditional Love Through Feelings: Re-Parenting and Repair 01:48:57 A Call to Action: “Reconsidering Regulation” as a Movement 02:06:12 Closing Invitation: Curiosity, Connection, and Sending Love Disclaimer: This podcast is my own independent offering, and the perspectives and information I share here are my own, from my own experiences and understandings. Reconsidering Regulation Part 1: Words as Spells, with Jana Kingsford
Welcome to this new series, called Reconsidering Regulation. In part 1, I'm so delighted to welcome Jana Kingsford, who I first met in 2014, and who helped me change my life. She taught me step-by-step how to build and launch my first online course, which supported me to keep homeschooling as a single mum. Jana and I connect this full-circle moment to the start of a new horse year (this time fire, last time wood), and talk about how we trust timing and “felt sense” over linear timelines. We then dive into our shared concern about popularised language, especially “nervous system regulation/dysregulation” and how it can lose nuance, become a box, and turn into judgment about feeling painful feelings. We discuss how words function like spells that shape lived reality, why Jana shifted from saying “triggered” to the word “activated,” and how AI and social media amplify shorthand that replaces storytelling and specificity. I share etymology research linking “reg/regulate” to “king/right/correct,” and frame how the Disconnected Domination Culture can co-opt helpful concepts into those more related to control, conformity, and suppression. Jana explains how she first received the word “regulation” as a demand to be calm and monotone, stripping personality and creativity, and contrasts that with her approach to big dreams: feeling everything, moving through what she calls "resistance", and her invented framework “Retriculate,” which she created after thinking that was what Twilight’s “matriculate" was saying. I outline The Marion Method distinction between thoughts-feelings (like guilt/shame from DDC conditioning), needs-feelings (like fear signalling unmet needs for safety), and healing-feelings (past pain surfacing in the present), and we agree that blanket “regulate” talk can obscure what’s actually happening for any unique individual. Jana also talked about her sabbatical experiment with slow living, and the practical body-based changes she made (sleep, protein, coffee timing, walking, heavy lifting) to support her body: while still prioritising aliveness and creation. We end by affirming choice, long-form conversation as an antidote to buzzwords, and the value of finding language that reflects lived experience: like Jana’s distilled insight that “regulation blunts big dreams.” I enjoyed the insight that after a conversation like this, we've both come away with a short distilled description of why we value reconsidering the term regulation, and that these short forms act as holographs of the whole, in contrast to terms that cut off deeper meaning and nuance. 00:00 Welcome & Reconnecting After Years 00:56 How an Online Course Changed Marion’s Life (2014 Origin Story) 02:14 OG Online Course Tech + Showing Up Unscripted 04:46 From $7K a Year to $7K in Two Weeks: Building a Values-Led Work LIfe 07:02 Full-Circle Timing: Year of the Horse & Trusting the Invisible Timeline 08:51 Why We’re Talking ‘Regulation’: Trending Words, Lost Nuance & ‘Activated’ vs ‘Triggered’ 15:29 Words Are Spells: Etymology, Word-of-the-Year Power & Consciousness with Language 24:55 When ‘Regulation’ Becomes a Judgment: DDC, Feelings as Gifts & The Need for Specificity 39:16 The History Behind ‘Regulate’: Kings, ‘Right/Correct,’ and ‘Might Is Right’ 42:14 Retriculate and 'Resistance': A Process for Feeling Everything Through Big Dreams 46:48 Jana's Retriculate: feeling one's feelings to release energy related to money 47:35 Authenticity over polish: creating new language for new experiences 49:14 The wealth myth: ‘less emotion = more money’ (and why it’s backwards) 50:58 Why ‘nervous system regulation’ became a buzzword (and how it can backfire) 53:51 Psyche vs nervous system: words that shape one'ss inner state 55:31 The AI era advantage: going viral by being ourselves 56:21 A nuanced map: Marion's 3 types of feelings (thoughts, needs, healing) 01:01:48 When regulation becomes dissociation: why ‘calm’ isn’t always most helpful 01:03:36 Big dreams unleash big emotions: not ‘regulating’ our way out of growth 01:06:07 Goals vs callings: devotion, connection, and healing on the way 01:17:25 The ‘slow living’ trend: when slowing down stifles creativity 01:22:52 Needs-based body support: sleep, protein, cortisol, and individual needs 01:27:21 Storytelling vs. 'Nervous System' Labels: Naming Real Experience 01:29:03 Indigenous Rhythms & Why Stopping Can Stop Momentum for Some 01:34:49 Universal Words, Machine Culture & Staying Human 01:36:58 Feeling to Create: Emotionalising the Big Dream 01:42:20 Trends, Virality & Reclaiming Power of Choice Online 01:44:47 Free Spirits vs. 'Strategy': Survival Mode, AI, & Creativity 01:52:41 Trust, Psychospiritual Clarity & Long-Form as the Antidote 02:00:01 Distillation, Having an Edge & Closing Reflections Disclaimer: This podcast is my own independent offering, and the perspectives and information I share here are my own, from my own experiences and understandings. Willingness (and why I don't say "procrastination" and "I manifested it").
In this episode of the Marion Rose Podcast, I introduce you to the Marion Method, which is distinct from Aware Parenting. I share about the evolution of my work and practice, and how I've been called to show up on this podcast and everywhere else completely as myself. The focus in this episode is the willingness work, which is one part of The Marion Method. The willingness work is related to what we want to receive, be, and take action with. I share about why the willingness work is different to concepts of "procrastination" when we're wanting to take action, and why I also don't use the term "I manifested it" and why that's important in being willing to receive what we really want. I share about the Soul's journey through life in a personality, and why the willingness work is so central to becoming more who we really are. 00:00 Welcome to the Marion Rose Podcast 00:27 My Own Experiences of The Willingness Work 01:43 Introduction to the Marion Method 05:31 Our Essence as Love and Will 08:06 The Effects of The Disconnected Domination Culture 12:30 The Journey of The Souls 21:22 Understanding Will and Power 22:06 My Four Learning Lineages 23:47 The Concept of Willingness 30:24 Procrastination and Manifestation 48:42 Understanding The Willingness Practice 50:27 The Full Body Yes 52:46 My Writing Process with Willingnesss 54:11 Transformation and Psychosynthesis 55:20 Showing Up Authentically 56:01 Trusting Timing and Willingness 01:04:06 Language and Powerw 01:16:43 Spiritual Experiences and Integration 01:22:21 Final Thoughts and Gratitude Disclaimer: This podcast is my own independent offering, and the perspectives and information I share here are my own, from my own experiences and understandings.
