This is a statement or is this a question? You decide! I talked about generalisation and exception. I talked about content and context. If you take the context away from anything it becomes senseless or offending. You have to decide whether you want to judge the speaker or understand where he comes from?

Teachers or Clearks?
Yes it's the responsibility of the teachers to produce good students. But this doesn't mean it's only their responsibility! The system as a whole is answerable! If we have problems with the students, it's because it's teachers' fault. And if we have problems with teachers, it's the system that's at fault! What has the system produced? Teachers or Clearks?
