If your parcel is landlocked, if you supposedly have access over a neighboring parcel, I've seen things where like a footpath, like the farmer gave a walking easement to the neighbor to get to the water, to get to the electricity. Not a car, not a tenant, things like that. So again, if it's not recorded, it's not real. And the access issues can be a problem in mobile home parks. I've got a couple of parks that are really narrow roads and you risk, this gets impacts your zoning and your infill rights. […]
