[…] How do you measure the success of an improved cycle like this? Well, let's say in the past, you think how the design process went. Basically, designer needed to use like a 3D printing to print a new device, test it with the real users, ask the user to test it and provide feedback, go back to the digital file, redesign, and so on. And this was a very cumbersome, in a way, process, which of course is effective. But In this process, because we still believe that it's very important to 3D print, to fabricate the products and test it with people. But at the same time, you can do it digitally and improve how the digital environment can help to simulate product development. […]
