We also dive into some pretty confronting statistics from the Butterfly Foundation, including the finding that 75% of young Australians surveyed wished they were thinner or leaner, and that 2 in 5 women globally said they would give up a year or more of their life to achieve their ideal appearance or body size.

We chat about learning to become more comfortable with gaining weight, wearing different clothes, letting go of the fear of other people’s opinions, and focusing on performance, strength and what your body can actually DO rather than simply how it looks.
