Another one is that it's a dividend. Of what? The federal government is not a company. The voters are not shareholders. And there are no profits! We're, what, $40 trillion in debt this year? The deficit is going to be $2 trillion? And then he has the audacity to say it's a dividend of the tariff revenues. This, if it were implemented next year, would cost 10 times next year's projected tariff revenue, which he's already spent lots of times, incidentally. […]
