Hey, we’re Lachy and Edan. Each week we get a mate (or someone pretending to be) to roast life’s little annoyances - think slow walkers, cringe airport moments, and anything else that makes you go “seriously?!” all while we whip up some tasty lamb.
There are games, laughs, terrible jokes, and yes, a lamb feast to finish it off. Basically, life’s messy, weird, and hilarious… and lamb makes everything better.

Chloe Maddren turns up to take aim at the traditions, theatrics and financial decisions that make weddings one of life’s most elaborate occasions. There are vows, speeches, dance floors and at least one relative who has had just enough to say something unforgettable. Is it a celebration of love, or a beautifully coordinated endurance event? After giving wedding culture the roasting it deserves, the gang celebrates with mouth-watering Lamb birria tacos.

The festivities wrap up with a delicious one-pan Lamb dumpling dish for the group to share.

Expect turbulence, questionable travel habits and a few departures from good manners. Once the roasting lands, the gang settles in for a comforting Shepherd’s Pie cooked up by Chef Edan.

Get off of the footpath? Now. Imaan brings his frustration to the table as a man with Rima Syndrome and why these overpowered, electric, death traps should be rid of. Not all is lost thanks to chef Edan! To bring the episode to a close, Edan whips up a delightful Moussaka for Lachy and Imaan to enjoy!

We don't have time for calorie counting as the squad dive into a Lamb Biryani cooked by bodybuilder (loose term) Edan.

Episode 6: The Roast of Road Trip Etiquette with Scott and Tuckey
Pro wrestlers Scott and Tyran enter the ring to roast poor road trip etiquette and why the front passenger seat is a sacred throne to sit on. You want the AUX cord? You better earn it. No doomscrolling allowed in this vehicle. Snacks from the servo? Yes, as long as they're Lamb based 😉 The gang also get into Uber driver habits and quiz Chef Edan on wrestling lingo. Before the bell goes, the boys devour some delicious Lamb Shakshouka.

The Strava segment thief also comes primed with roommate gripes and why he'd ban people from running across Australia. The episode is rounded out with some lovely Apricot Lamb shanks, served up by head chef Edan.

Episode 6: The Roast of Slow Walkers with Mitch Coombs
We’ve all been trapped behind them. Four across. Zero urgency.
Mitch Coombs joins us to unpack the psychology of slow walkers, airport dawdlers and shopping centre blockers. Why does it happen? Can it be fixed? Should there be lanes?
Edan keeps the momentum high with a quick, flavour-packed lamb ragu parpadelle - because unlike some people, we move with purpose.

Episode 5: The Roast of Questionable Fashion with Blake Pavey
Blake joins us to tackle one of Australia’s most divisive fashion trends.
We spiral into age-appropriate fashion, questionable festival fits, Oodies and Crocs discourse, and the fine line between confidence and chaos.
It’s petty, passionate, and deeply unnecessary - just how we like it. Edan cooks up sticky lamb chops far more refined than the outfits we’re discussing.

Episode 4: The Roast of Quiet Sports with Lavender Baj
This week, Lavender takes on the quietest corners of the sporting world and questions, if you need silence to play, are you actually any good? Golf claps. Lawn bowls. The unspoken tension of a silent tennis crowd. We unpack the etiquette, the drama simmering beneath polite applause, and why some sports feel like libraries with kits. Edan serves up a lamb filo pie with more spice than a footie fan arguing with the ref from row Z.
