<p>For the last time in the month of April 2025, the boys have returned to discuss a mixture of Houston Cougar sports topics, both of the in season and offseason news variety, including the following:</p> <ul> <li>A triumphant Golf Corner following an impressive 4th place finish by the men's team at the Big 12 championships & the women's team learned their postseason destination and Bobby gives a listener refresher on the golf postseason format</li> <li>Football sees 4 new transfer arrivals and more departures from the defensive backs</li> <li>Talking Matthew Mitchell's first 3 transfer adds to the women's basketball program</li> <li>Catching up with the standout performances from the last few weeks of the Outdoor track & field season</li> <li>A 2-2 baseball week that the boys don't feel terrible about & a BIG weekend series with Utah looming</li> </ul>

<p>You better believe the boys are back for a late April Pawdstravaganza of Houston Cougar sports content... sports in their offseason (or spring season), sports in the business end of their seasons, sports right in the middle of their season. What we're saying is we're talking Cougar sports, including the following topics:</p> <ul> <li>JoJo Tugler, Emanuel Sharp, and others confirm their very welcome returns to Cougar men's basketball</li> <li>Diving into the '25 spring football practices, position groups/players the guys are most intrigued by, and some notable recent transfers in and out of the program.</li> <li>A Big 12 championship Golf Corner as the men have a solid first couple of rounds and the women are doomed by a poor final round after a strong start</li> <li>Our final in season Tennis Corner of 2025, with things we're encouraged about and areas the team can improve after year 1 of Kat Adamovic's tenure</li> <li>Baseball completes a season sweep of Rice and splits games in a weather shortened series at OK State and looks ahead to a big road series at K State</li> </ul>

<p>The boys are back here at the beginning of the hot part of the year with a variety of interesting Houston Cougar sports topics, including the following:</p> <ul> <li>Looking at the 2 newest men's hoopers: Pop Isaacs of Creighton and Kalifa Sakho of Sam Houston, what they've done in their careers prior to arriving at UH and how they could fit onthe 2025-26 team.</li> <li>Terrance Arceneaux departs men's hoops, our best memories & what went right/wrong in his time at UH, plus Milos Uzan's unsurprising decision to test the NBA draft waters</li> <li>Matthew Mitchell makes some intriguing hires on his 1st women's hoops staff</li> <li>A Cougar Golf Corner featuring the women's team winning an event in Dallas that Bobby caught in person & beginning competition at Big 12 championships & an encouraging event finish in Arizona from the men's team ahead of Big 12s next week</li> <li>A Cougar Tennis Corner where Sam finally got to watch the Coogs in person for 2 very different matches in Utah that showed how far the team has to go & also the positive signs of the culture Kat Adamovic has started building in year 1</li> <li>Baseball gets swept for the 2nd time in 3 home Big 12 series and it feels like another week of 1 step forward, 2 steps back</li> </ul>
